Zex Bilangilangi (Mayega Tadeo B.) is a prominent Ugandan dancehall artist and activist from the Kamwokya slums, known as the "Ghetto Prime Minister" in Bobi Wine's Fire Base Crew. Rising to fame around 2020-2021, he uses his music for "edutainment" and, as of late 2025, serves as a brand ambassador for Collusion Network.
