Vinka (born Veronica Nakiyingi Luggya on June 27, 1994) is a popular Ugandan Afropop/Dancehall singer known for hits like "Chips Na Ketchup" and "Malaika," who transitioned from dancer and artist manager at Swangz Avenue to solo stardom in 2017, becoming a major force in East African music with her energetic performances and fashion sense. A Makerere University graduate in Tourism, she first worked behind the scenes for label mates like Irene Ntale before launching her own successful music career.
